I wanted to add one more "requirement" for this box.

I do have one person from Canada on this list. If you have any
objections to mailing this box to Canada, you need to let me know ASAP.
Otherwise, the list will be put together on July 1 and will stand as it
is.

I am thinking this box will not have all the goodies that my normal
PLB's do... I am going to make this one smaller so that it can travel
first class rather than Priority Mail.
